We make every effort to display our shoulder bags and their colors, materials, and features as accurately as possible via product photography and descriptions. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will be perfectly accurate. Minor variations in texture, color, or stitching are inherent to handcrafted/hand-finished goods and do not constitute a defect.

3. Orders & Pricing

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in product description or pricing, suspected fraud, or inventory limitations. If your order is canceled after your payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times and costs are outlined in our separate Shipping Policy. We are not liable for any delays in delivery caused by customs, carriers, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5. Returns, Refunds, & Damages

All sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please review your order and product details carefully before purchasing.
Our commitment is to quality. If you receive a bag that is materially defective or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on reporting and resolving such issues.
