Please be advised that all sales are final; we are unable to accommodate returns, exchanges, or order cancellations. We recommend reviewing your order summary and shipping information thoroughly before completing your purchase.

3. Damaged or Defective Items
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping or is materially defective, we will gladly resolve the issue.
Our policy is to replace damaged items at no cost, but we cannot process refunds or returns, so we encourage customers to review product details before ordering.
To be eligible for a replacement, you must:
· Contact our customer service team at contactkodaq@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
· Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
· Provide clear photographic or video evidence of the damage or defect.
· if applicable: Retain all original packaging and materials.
Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement item to be shipped to you at no additional charge. We reserve the right to limit replacements to one per order and to request the return of the damaged item before shipping a replacement.
4. Incorrect Items Received
If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately at contactkodaq@gmail.com with your order number and photo evidence of the product received. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you, and provide a return label for the incorrect item.

· Ensure your shipping address is entered correctly, as we cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an address provided incorrectly.

We don't refund for the change of mind, all sales are final as per our policy. Please be advised that if you want a refund , you would have to open up a ticket with the platform or your bank so we could get back our product and refund . Keep in mind that it will be the customer who would be paying for the return label .
